Note for your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on September 1, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

The one hundred and ninety day period of heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian military invasion has begun.

The enemy is concentrating its efforts on establishing full control over the territory of Donetsk Oblast, as well as maintaining occupied areas in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv oblasts.

The adversary continues to inflict air and missile strikes on military and civilian objects within the territory of our country.

On the Volynian and Polesian Directions the situation remains unchanged. Subunits of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus continue to carry out tasks to strengthen security along the Belarus-Ukraine border in Brest and Gomel regions.

There is a threat of enemy missile and air strikes from the territory and airspace of the Republic of Belarus.

On the Northern Direction the enemy continues to maintain separate subunits of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in border areas of Bryansk and Kursk regions. The adversary, using field artillery, carried out shelling of civilian and military infrastructure around the populated areas of Kamianka Sloboda and Zaliznyy Mist in Chernihiv Oblast.

On the Kharkiv Direction with the use of tanks, combat vehicles, field artillery, and multiple rocket launchers, the enemy carried out shelling of our troops' positions and civilian infrastructure around the populated areas of Klenove, Dementiyevka, Ruskiy Tishky, Velykyy Prokhody, Pyrytivka, Pereymoha, Bayrak, Shevelyvka. Air reconnaissance is being conducted using unmanned aerial vehicles.

On the Slovyansk Direction the adversary carried out shelling with tanks, field artillery, and multiple rocket launchers around the populated areas of Krasnopillya, Virnopillya, Hrushuvaha. Conducted air reconnaissance using unmanned aerial vehicles.

On the Donetsk Direction the enemy continues to conduct active combat operations, concentrating main efforts on the Bakhmut and Avdiivka Directions. Carries out fire impact and attempts to improve tactical positions, actively conducts air reconnaissance.

On the Kramatorsk Direction the adversary carried out shelling with field and multiple rocket launchers around the populated areas of Raygorodok, Beresteve, Rozdolyvka, Tetianyvka, Mala Pyskunivka, Verkhnyokamyanske, Ivan-Daryivka, Severn.

On the Bakhmut Direction the enemy carried out shelling of military and civilian infrastructure around the populated areas of Bakhmutse, Solorad, Yakovlivka, Mayorisk, Dilievka. Subunits of the adversary attempted to conduct offensive battles around the populated areas of Vesela Dolyna, Zaytseve.

On the Avdiivka Direction the enemy carried out shelling with field and multiple rocket launchers, tanks in the vicinity of the populated areas of Opytnoye, Pereymayske, New York. Delivered air strikes around the populated areas of Vremyvka, Neskuchne, Oleksandropil.

On the Novopavlivka Direction the enemy carried out shelling of our troops' positions with tanks, field artillery, and multiple rocket launchers around the populated area of Zolota Niva. Delivered an air strike around the populated area of Marinka. Conducted offensive battles in the vicinity of the populated area of Vodyane, without success.

On the Zaporizhzhia Direction the enemy carried out shelling of positions of Ukrainian defenders with field and multiple rocket launchers, tanks around the populated areas of Novopil, Olhyvskoye, Hulyaypole, Novodanylivka, Novoyakovlivka, Dorozhnyanka, Zeleno Pole, Charivne, Bihory.

On the South-Bug Direction main efforts of the enemy are concentrated on maintaining occupied positions. The adversary is taking measures to replenish losses. Carried out shelling with tanks, field and multiple rocket launchers along the line of contact. Shelled objects of civilian and military infrastructure around the populated areas of Stepova Dolyna, Novomykolaivka, Stepole, Partizanskoye, Andriyivka, Miren, Prybuzhne, Mykolayivka, Zorya, Luch, Ivanivka, Knyazivka. Actively used unmanned aerial vehicles for air reconnaissance on the specified direction. The enemy is attempting to restore logistical support for its troops.

The naval group of the adversary continues to concentrate efforts on conducting reconnaissance and blocking civilian maritime traffic in the northwestern part of the Black Sea.
