President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the need to support our people in occupied territories and about a personnel review at the Security Service of Ukraine.

"I wish you good health, dear Ukrainians!

Today, news spread with a photo of a boy from Mariupol who came out onto the streets of the city with the Ukrainian flag. He appeared near the remnants of the drama theater building, destroyed by Russian troops. This was very brave. And I want to thank him for this act.

This young man is one of many of our people who are waiting for Ukraine's return and will never accept occupation under any circumstances.

Russia keeps most of them in an information vacuum. Every day, it floods occupied territories with new lies about Ukraine and its actions. But despite the propaganda and intimidation, people not only do not forget about Ukraine but also demonstrate what they truly think and desire.

We have never forgotten about them. And I ask all of you who have contacts and opportunities: convey real information to occupied territories, support our people, spread the truth there. In any way that you consider effective. Across all of our Ukrainian land—from Kherson to Gorlovka, from Henichesk to occupied areas of Kharkiv region, in Melitopol and Berdyansk, in Enerhodar, in Luhansk and Donetsk regions, in Crimea—our people should hear about Ukraine from Ukrainians.

Our country's armed forces have been able to inflict significant logistical losses on the occupiers. It is becoming increasingly difficult for the Russian army to maintain positions on occupied territory. Step by step, we are advancing, disrupting supplies to the occupiers, uncovering and eliminating collaborators.

The prospect is clear: the Ukrainian flag will be in all of our cities and villages. The question is only about time. And while this time lasts, as long as Russia can still ruin lives in Ukraine—as today with strikes on Nikopol, on Toretsk, on towns in Kharkiv region—do not forget to support informationally and emotionally the people in occupied areas. Talk to them about Ukraine. The state is doing this from its side. But we must use all of our society's informational power.

As of today, 1028 populated places have been freed from occupiers. Another 2621 are still under the control of oppressors. And with everyone—wherever there are people—we need to maintain an information connection as much as possible.

I spoke today with President of Brazil Jair Bolsonaro about the long-term consequences of Russia's war against Ukraine, sanctions policy, and bilateral relations.

And another important news item regarding the Security Service of Ukraine. A personnel review is taking place. The issue of dismissing 28 officials is being resolved. Various levels, various directions. But the grounds are similar—unsatisfactory work results.
