"Wishing health to all Ukrainians!

A brief report on today's events - already the 136th day of our defense.

Today, I met with the President of the French Senate, Mr. Gerard Larcher, and a delegation of senators after his speech at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Thankful to him for his inspiring and accurate address. In it, he reminded, among other things, that the front line holds as long as the rear does, and our rear is not just the free part of Ukraine but also 27 countries of the European Union, the entire democratic world. Therefore, our whole team, the team of Ukraine, works in a 24/7 mode to keep the interests of our state and our defense at the center of attention of every country that has already become or may become part of our anti-war coalition.

Mr. Larcher said another important thing: with each blow on Ukraine, with each crime committed by Russian occupiers, with each new city-martyr, the resolve of Europeans to help Ukraine becomes firmer. This is truly so. However, the state-terrorist does not realize this at all and will never accept it as a fact. In just one day, Russia hit Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih, communities in Zaporizhzhia Oblast... It struck directly into residential areas - absolutely deliberately, purposefully, hitting ordinary houses, civilian objects, people. There are victims - dead and wounded. Every day does not stop the brutal artillery strikes of Russia on Donbas - Sviatoshyn direction, Bakhmut, Avdiivka... To really stop such terrorist acts can only be done with modern and powerful weapons.

I want to thank the United States of America for their decision to provide Ukraine with a new package of military aid worth 400 million dollars. Additional HIMARS systems and other precision weapons allow us to take anti-terrorist steps, allowing us to reduce Russian strikes by their rockets on our living people.

Today I held a meeting with representatives of construction companies. With those who are responsible for the quality of Ukraine's infrastructure - our supply routes. The issue of building high-quality transport networks is also always an issue of security. And in conditions of full-scale war, strong infrastructure - one of the key elements of defense. Thanked the representatives of construction companies for their work, discussed with them key tasks for the near future - this concerns both the reconstruction of our country and additional strengthening of our logistics.

Signed decrees today to release some Ukrainian ambassadors. This is a matter of rotation - a regular part of diplomatic practice. New representatives will be appointed to the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Norway, and India. Candidates are being prepared along the lines of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Already preparing for a new week - there will be important news, including from government officials.
