The President of the Ukrainian Football Association and UEFA Executive Committee member Andriy Pavelko met in Poland with the President of the Polish Football Association, Cezary Kulesza, and the General Secretary of the PFA, Lukasz Wachowski.

"It is hard to find words to express gratitude to our Polish brothers for all they have done and continue to do for Ukraine. I thank the PFA and personally Cezary Kulesza for helping us host U-19 Championship matches in Poland, for inviting the Ukrainian national team to play home games in Łódź as part of the Nations League, and for their willingness to assist our clubs in hosting home games in European competitions in Poland! These are true friends!" — Andriy Pavelko noted after the meeting.

As a sign of gratitude and for good memories, the President of the UAF presented his Polish counterpart Cezary Kulesza with a jersey from a special set of national team uniforms.
