UAF Foundation: first girls' football camp in Slovak Tatras
The first international camp in 2026 was special, as it was the first-ever camp organized exclusively for girls.
37 female football players from frontline regions — Sumy region, Kharkiv region, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv region — traded alarms and sirens for football adventures in Poprad, Slovakia.
Every day, they await new adventures:
— friendly matches: our younger girls secured a victory with a score of 2:1, while the older ones lost in a tough battle — 4:7;
— climbing to the Bachledka Treetop Walk;
— relaxation at an aquapark and endurance testing in a rope park.
The evening concluded with a visit to the stadium in Tatranská Lomnica, where the girls could not only see the arena but also train amidst incredible mountain landscapes.
