"NLМ Young Talent" — a national award for young Ukrainian football players and coaches of youth teams. It is awarded based on the results of the Ukrainian championship among children's and youth sports institutions. Until this season, the prize was called "Golden Ball DЮFLU."

In total, 20 awards will be presented in four age categories — U-14, U-15, U-16 and U-17. In each category, the best goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, forward, as well as the best coach of a youth team will be named.
Forty-eight football players have been nominated for the award — three candidates in each nomination.

This season sees an updated selection system that combines statistics and voting:
 

1. Clubs recommend their own players in the appropriate age category and position.
2. Based on the submitted lists, statistics for candidates are calculated — matches played, minutes played, goals scored, and for goalkeepers also clean sheets. This forms a list of nominees in each nomination.
3. Next comes voting in three rounds: first, the clubs vote, then football experts and coaches of Ukraine's youth teams, and finally fans.
4. At the final stage, all indicators are summed up using special formulas — these determine the winner.
   The results of each voting round will be published after the ceremony.
