The competition took place on the fields of the Kyiv NTI named after V. Bannikov, and eight teams participated.

— the team of the Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization;

— the "Gryphon" team (Department of Cyberpolice);

— the team of unit 3114;

— the team of the All-Ukrainian Association of Professional Footballers;

— the team of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;

— the team of the National University of Defense of Ukraine;

— the team of CSP "Omega".

At the solemn opening of the tournament, President of the All-Ukrainian Association of Professional Footballers and Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union "Football of Ukraine" Igor Gatullin addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.

"This tournament is dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Independence Day of our country. We also celebrate 35 years since the founding of the Ukrainian Football Association and 20 years since the opening of the House of Football. I wish you bright moments, emotions, and victory to each team," — noted Igor Gatullin.

According to the regulations, teams were divided into two groups of four each. The winners of the quartets will play in the final, second-placed teams from the groups will meet for third place. Teams that finish third will play a match for fifth place, and those finishing fourth will compete for seventh position.

The winning teams were awarded football balls, a cup, and medals of the appropriate type.

Best goalkeeper — Vladyslav Lugovskiy (CSP "Omega"). 

Best defender — Valentin Tischenko ("Gryphon"). 

Best forward — Serhiy Holunov (National University of Defense of Ukraine).

Best player — Ivan Zakharchuk (Ukrainian Football Association).
