Oleksandr «Zzakki» Slipchuk will represent Ukraine at the UEFA eEURO-2026

The tournament took place online from July 14 to August 1 under a classic single-elimination playoff system. Its winner will defend the blue-and-yellow colors at the UEFA eEURO-2026 championship. Seventy-six players competed for a spot in the national team.

The winner of the selection was 26-year-old Oleksandr «Zzakki» Slypchuk. In the final series consisting of seven matches (Best-of-7), he defeated former national team player Yaroslav «Black98x» Gurmak with a score of 4:1.

This will be Oleksandr's debut in the national team on an international stage. Previously, he twice came within a step of success: in 2024, he finished second in the national selection, and last year he gave way to Dmytro «D3VA» Serediuk for a spot in the squad, again finishing as runner-up.

The qualifying matches for the European Championship will take place on October 17–18, 2026.

Congratulations to Oleksandr on winning the national selection and best wishes for success and determination in future matches for Ukraine!
