"The Euro for the national team is over. Is there a feeling of incompleteness?"

We could have made it to the final by beating Germany. If we had held them in the first half, after halftime they would gradually become weaker and we would push them harder.

"Are you proud of this tournament?"

I am very proud of myself and the team. We went through a long journey and in the final part proved that Ukraine can play football at the top level.

"What has changed about you personally compared to the beginning of the tournament?"

I played little on the position where coaches helped me: where to run, when and how to open up. This is a new position for me, and I am very happy that I managed to show myself — making three assists and scoring a goal.

"How do you evaluate the support of our fans?"

There were so many of them! Thank you for your support, for coming to our matches. This added motivation to win for them and for all of Ukraine.

"What are your first thoughts after the exit? Pride in the team or a missed chance to reach the final?"

Of course, I wanted us to make it to the final. To win this match. But at the same time, I am very proud of the team. For the training work we did on the field and for self-sacrifice.

"Is there a feeling of injustice about the result of the game against Germany since both goals were conceded in the last minutes?"

It's very hard to concede goals in the last minutes of both halves. But this is football, and we did everything we could.

"What was hardest today?"

To defend.

"But you had moments too. How did you react to them?"

I think it was more bad luck. I didn't have such great opportunities to score a goal. But the team did everything possible to score the first goal and then regroup. Unfortunately, we lost concentration and conceded quickly in response. This affected us.

"How do you feel after this tournament? Who are you now?"

I have become stronger and gained experience.

"Today was a very tough match and surely disappointing to lose it in the last minutes. But what's inside you?"

We wanted to reach the end, but this is football. I am very happy for the team. We made it into the top four at this Euro. This is an excellent result.

"How do you personally evaluate this tournament? Since you didn't immediately make the squad. You were called up… In the first match, you came on as a substitute and then scored three goals."

I will remember this tournament for a long time. I arrived at the national team camp from Croatia where I was participating in another competition. Everything happened very quickly, but I am happy how it all went.

"In today's match did the team play their football or were they more defensive?"

I think we defended a bit in the first half. Then we played on the ball, but lost concentration which cost us.

Your goal came out of nowhere...

I just saw that Kalyuzhny was running with the ball and was about to pass... The defender didn't see me, and I am very happy it all worked out.

With your height do you score many headers?

No. Sometimes I head well but not often.

What would you like to say to the team?

I am happy for everyone, happy about our joint work. Out of four matches we won three. I just want to thank everyone and note that everything is ahead of us and we have great prospects.
