— having reviewed the materials regarding the dismissal of the «Athleticfutsal» (Dnipro) coach Vladyslav Korniiev during the match of the 9th round of the Ukrainian championship among teams of the highest league «Extra League» for the season-2025/2026 between «Athleticfutsal» (Dnipro) and «Hurricane» (Ivano-Frankivsk), which took place on November 15, 2025, suspended the coach of «Athleticfutsal» Dnipro Vladyslav Korniiev from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for using obscene and insulting language towards the match referee);

— having reviewed the materials regarding the dismissal of FC «YUKSA» (Tarasivka) player Roman Yuvhimtia during the match of the 16th round of the Ukrainian championship among teams of the first league between FC «Podillya» (Khmelnytskyi) and FC «YUKSA» (Tarasivka), which took place on November 15, 2025, suspended the player of FC «YUKSA» (Tarasivka) Roman Yuvhimtia from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for using obscene and defamatory language);

— having reviewed the materials regarding the dismissal of the physical preparation coach of FC «Podillya» (Khmelnytskyi) Oleksandr Dziubchik after the match of the 16th round of the Ukrainian championship among teams of the first league between FC «Podillya» (Khmelnytskyi) and FC «YUKSA» (Tarasivka), which took place on November 15, 2025, suspended the physical preparation coach of FC «Podillya» (Khmelnytskyi) Oleksandr Dziubchik from participating in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for using defamatory and insulting language towards the match referee), with one match being conditional with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— having reviewed the materials regarding the dismissal of the assistant coach of «Locomotiv» (Kyiv) Vyacheslav Gad during the match of the 19th round of the Ukrainian championship among teams of the second league between «Locomotiv» (Kyiv) and «Oleksandria-2» (Oleksandria), which took place on November 17, 2025, suspended the assistant coach of «Locomotiv» (Kyiv) Vyacheslav Gad from participating in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for using defamatory and insulting language towards the match referee), with one match being conditional with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the 19th round of the Ukrainian championship among teams of the second league for the season-2025/2026 between SK «Vilkhivtsi» (Vilkhivtsi) and FC «Lysne» (Kyiv), which was scheduled to take place on November 16, 2025, recorded a technical loss for FC «Lysne» (Kyiv) with a score of 0:3, obligated FC «Lysne» (Kyiv) to pay an obligatory financial contribution in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the decision, excluded the team «Lysne» (Kyiv) from the Ukrainian championship among teams of the second league for the season-2025/2026 (for a repeated absence/non-appearance of the team at the match), and recorded a technical victory for SK «Vilkhivtsi» (Vilkhivtsi) with a score of 3:0.
