After a confident victory in the opening match against Estonia (3:0), Natallia Ignatovich's team faced the tournament hosts — girls from Finland. This opponent proved to be much stronger.

Already at the 10th minute, the Finns went ahead — Ilona Kruzcyn scored. Ukrainian players managed to equalize nine minutes later: Hanna Rozdobah received the ball in the center of the penalty area and accurately shot into the corner of the goal. However, girls from Suomi continued their winning streak and added two more goals before halftime. The scorers were Ada Djiva and Rejana Mukay.

After halftime, the Finns extended their lead to six goals. They achieved this with shots by Veera Murjem'jak, Vilma Luostarininen, who scored a brace, and Veera Viganoto. Thus, 7:1 — victory for Finland's national team.

In the next match of the UEFA Development Tournament, Ukraine WU-15 will play against Slovakia on November 21st.
