An extraordinary conference of the civic association "Kirovohrad Oblast Football Association" took place on October 24, with delegates from permanent members of the association participating from all over the oblast.

The main item on the agenda was the election of new leadership for KOFA. As a result of the voting, Igor Murdiy became the new head of the civic association.

During the conference, the governing bodies of the association, the executive committee, and representatives of football judicial authorities were also elected.

The conference was attended by the General Secretary of the Ukrainian Association of Football, Igor Gryshchenko, who greeted the delegates and emphasized the importance of unity within the football community of the oblast and fruitful cooperation with the UAF for further development of football in Kirovohrad.

The newly elected head, Igor Murdiy, thanked for the trust and expressed readiness to actively work on improving the system of organizing competitions, supporting children's and youth football, developing infrastructure, and raising the prestige of Kirovohrad football at the national level.
