The Ukrainian youth team (players born in 2007) will hold a selection camp from August 3 to 6. During this period, the players under Dmitri Mykhailenko plan to play a friendly match.

52 teams are divided into 13 groups of four participants each. The host nation, Wales, received an automatic bye to this tournament, while the Spanish team will enter the elite round qualification.

Based on the results of the qualification round, the top two teams from each group and the best third-placed team will join Spain in the elite round. This round will take place in spring 2026 and will determine seven teams across seven groups to join Wales in the final stage of Euro-2026 (U-19).
