Turiysk has become another center for the implementation of the UEFA Playmakers program in Volyn. The activities within the project by the Ukrainian Football Association and the Volyn Football Association are held at the Solovychivsky Lyceum and Turiysk Children's Sports School. The children are taught by project coaches Yuri Boris and Alina Sychovska.

Yuri Boris says: "This year, we conducted activities based on the Disney movie 'The Incredibles 2.' We worked with two groups of 15 young girls. The girls were captivated by physical activity combined with fun games and football. This is positively perceived both by the children and their parents."

We held sessions twice a week, observing a trend of increasing desire among children to explore new exercises and improve their skills. When coaches organize sports competitions, the children particularly enjoy participating in individual and team relays as well as games.

The UEFA Playmakers program creates a fun atmosphere, encourages friendship among children, and contributes to their physical development."

Goals of the UEFA Playmakers program, which is implemented by the Ukrainian Football Association:

• to introduce girls to football by creating an environment where fun, friends, and football are at the center;
• to introduce a new individual coaching approach that uses imagination (inspired by Disney stories and characters) as a tool for training and acquiring football skills;
• to develop life skills, basic movement skills, and teach the basics of football to cultivate lifelong interest in the sport.
