The Ukrainian WU-19 women's national team will compete in League B, which includes 24 teams (including San Marino, making its debut in UEFA women’s tournaments).

During the draw, the teams were divided into six groups of four participants each. The winners of these groups and one of the second-placed teams will qualify for promotion to League A at the end of this round. Bosnia and Herzegovina will also participate in the qualification process as hosts and automatically qualify for the final tournament, but they have the opportunity to play official matches during this stage.

In each group, a mini-tournament will be held on one of the teams' home fields by December 2. Teams that finish last in their groups will continue to the second round of League B. The seeding for the second qualification round for Euro 2026 (WU-19) will depend on the teams' standings in their first-round groups.

By the draw, Ukraine was placed into Group B3 along with Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and San Marino.

The draw for the second qualification round of Euro 2026 (WU-19) will take place on December 11. Matches in this stage will run until April 22, 2026. The results will determine seven teams that will join Bosnia and Herzegovina at the final tournament from June 27 to July 10, 2026.
