— having reviewed the materials regarding possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play by the President of FC "Inhulets" (Petrove) Oleksandr Povoroznyk, ordered the President of FC "Inhulets" (Petrove) Oleksandr Povoroznyk to pay a mandatory fine in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play by the Football Association of Ukraine, specifically: avoiding behavior that harms the reputation of football and/or the Football Association of Ukraine; refraining from any actions that may cause moral or material damage to the Football Association of Ukraine or its members; avoiding disrespectful acts/remarks towards each other, insults, humiliation of participants in football activities; abstaining from discriminatory behavior based on race, skin color, language, political or religious beliefs, gender, ethnic origin, and any other form of discrimination or disrespect toward a specific individual or group) and applied sanctions to the President of FC "Inhulets" (Petrove) Oleksandr Povoroznyk in the form of socially beneficial activities in the field of football, specifically — ordered to conduct 1 (one) educational lecture on preventing any forms of discriminatory behavior in football for players and club officials before, during, and after matches for the team "Inhulets" (Petrove);

— having reviewed the materials regarding possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play by the head coach of FC "Veres" U-19 (Rivne) Stanislav Upilkov during a match in the U-19 Ukrainian Championship season 2024/2025 between FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) — FC "Veres" (Rivne), which took place on April 5, 2025, suspended the head coach of FC "Veres" U-19 (Rivne) Stanislav Upilkov from participating in matches for 2 (two) games (for non-compliance with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play by the Football Association of Ukraine, specifically: showing respect to football subjects, media subjects, etc.; refraining from disrespectful acts/remarks towards each other, insults, humiliation of participants in football activities; avoiding the use of defamatory, insulting or indecent words and/or actions, as well as inciting others to such behavior) and applied sanctions to the head coach of FC "Veres" U-19 (Rivne) Stanislav Upilkov in the form of socially beneficial activities in the field of football, specifically — ordered to conduct 1 (one) educational lecture on the need to comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play for players and club officials before, during, and after matches for the team "Veres" U-19 (Rivne);

— having reviewed the materials regarding a match in the 6th round of the second stage of the Ukrainian Championship among women's clubs in the highest league between FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) — FC "Kolos" (Kovalivka), which took place on April 25, 2025, credited team "Kolos" (Kovalivka) with a technical loss of 0:3 (for the participation in the match of a player whose surname was not entered into the referee's report) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) — a technical win of 3:0;

— having reviewed the materials regarding possible violations by FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) of regulatory norms during a match in the 26th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) — FC "Kolos" (Kovalivka), which took place on April 19, 2025, ordered FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory fine in the amount of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for using pyrotechnic devices by supporters);

— having reviewed the materials regarding possible violations by FC "Veres" (Rivne) of regulatory norms during a match in the 26th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Veres" (Rivne) — FC "Chornomorets" (Odessa), which took place on April 20, 2025, ordered FC "Veres" (Rivne) to conduct their next home match with partially closed sectors, specifically — sectors A9 and A10 (for using pyrotechnic devices by supporters);

— having reviewed the materials regarding a match in the 25th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Karpattia" (Lviv) — FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on April 19, 2025, ordered FC "Karpattia" (Lviv) to pay a mandatory fine in the amount of 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine during wartime, specifically — exceeding the maximum allowed number of spectators at the stadium);

— having reviewed the materials regarding a match in the 5th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Kryvyi Rih" (Kryvyi Rih) — FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on April 16, 2025, ordered FC "Kryvyi Rih" (Kryvyi Rih) to pay a mandatory fine in the amount of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine during wartime, specifically — exceeding the maximum allowed number of spectators at the stadium), a mandatory fine in the amount of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for making obscene, insulting chants directed at the match referee), a mandatory fine in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine during wartime, specifically — evacuating the team to shelter upon announcement of an air raid alert); ordered FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory fine in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine during wartime, specifically — evacuating the team to shelter upon announcement of an air raid alert).

In addition, the KDK of the Football Association of Ukraine has initiated a review of the case regarding a match in the 26th round of the Ukrainian Championship U-19 between FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) — FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv), which took place on April 26, 2025.
