In the second qualifying round, seven teams will be determined to join Poland at the final stage of the European Championship for women under 19 years old. Also, teams that move from one league to another will be identified. Despite automatic qualification into the finals, Poland will participate in the qualifiers. The seeding for the draw was based on the positions held by the national teams in the first round.

In Ligue A, 28 teams compete in seven groups, including seven teams that advanced from Ligue B after the first round results. Seven group winners of Ligue A (and the best runner-up if Poland finishes first) will qualify for the finals. Teams finishing fourth in their groups will start the season-2025/2026 in Ligue B.

In Ligue B, 23 teams compete in six groups, including those that were eliminated after the autumn stage from Ligue A, for spots to advance to Ligue A's first round of the next tournament.

Mini-tournaments of the second qualifying round will conclude by April 8, 2025, while the final phase will take place on June 15-27.
