In preparation for the second round of Euro-2025 (WU-17) qualifiers, the Ukrainian women's under-17 national team played a friendly match against Zhytomyr Polissya in Ternopil.

24 players are training in Ternopil. For the official matches against Spain (March 8), Belgium (March 11), and Iceland (March 14) in Murcia, Spain at Pinatar Arena and Estadio Nueva Condomina, only 20 players will be selected.

In the second round of qualifiers, seven teams will qualify for the final tournament alongside the Faroe Islands in the UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship. Teams that finish fourth in their groups will drop to League B for the next season.

Seven teams from League B who advanced after the first round will compete with 28 other teams across seven groups in League A. The winners of these groups will advance to the final tournament, which will take place from May 4-17, 2025. Teams finishing fourth in their groups will start in League B for the next season.

Twenty-one teams across six groups in League B will compete for promotion back to League A for the next round of qualifiers.
