The UEFA PLAYMAKERS project center, implemented by the Ukrainian Football Association and the Lviv Football Association, operates at Novoyavorivskaya School No. 2.

The project is successfully being realized by coaches Nataliya Yastremska and Mykhailo Kuchma.

The girls attend the sessions with great enthusiasm, improving their basic football skills. They have fun, learn new techniques, make new friends, and enhance their physical abilities—speed, balance, coordination, agility—to develop team spirit.

Thanks to the innovative UEFA PLAYMAKERS and Disney football program, girls all over Ukraine are encouraged to love football for life. As coaches, we feel that in the program's sessions, children develop their courage, show kindness, friendliness, and care, receiving pure positivity.

Goals of the UEFA PLAYMAKERS program, implemented by the Ukrainian Football Association:

• to introduce girls to football, creating an environment for them where fun, friends, and football are at the center;
• to implement a new individual coaching approach that uses imagination (inspired by Disney stories and characters) as a tool for training and learning football skills;
• to refine girls' life skills, basic movement skills, and teach them the basics of football to foster lifelong love for the sport.
