“We are building a unified training system that will raise the level of coach education and simultaneously ensure quality preparation for young football players across Ukraine. It is at this age that the foundations of football are laid — those basic skills and values that become the foundation for further development of athletes. Therefore, it is important for us to unite efforts with regions, support them at every stage of implementing the program, and control its quality implementation. So that in the future such changes in children's and youth football help form a new generation of players with a strong knowledge base and skills.” — noted the head of the UAF’s children and youth football department, Bohdan Horodnyuk.
