— having reviewed the materials regarding the appeal by FFK against the decision of the Committee for Football Development in Regions of the UAF and decisions made by UAF management bodies, ratified an agreement between the public association "Ukrainian Association of Football" and the public association "Kyiv City Football Association", annulled part of the resolution of the XXIII Congress of the UAF from June 7, 2020 concerning the exclusion of the public association "Kyiv City Football Federation" from members of the UAF;

— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of the UPF Regulations by FC «LNZ» (Cherkasy) during the match in the 7th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC «Polesye» (Zhytomyr) and FC «LNZ» (Cherkasy), which took place on September 22, 2024, ordered FC «LNZ» (Cherkasy) to pay a mandatory fine of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) hryvnias (for the second delay in starting the match);

— having reviewed the materials regarding the removal of the head coach of SK «Poltava» (Poltava), Volodymyr Syshenko, during the 8th round match of the Ukrainian Championship among first league teams between SK «Poltava» (Poltava) and FSK «Mariupol» (Mariupol), which took place on September 22, 2024, suspended the head coach from participating in matches for 2 (two) games (for deliberately leaving the technical area to demonstrate disagreement with an official of the match), one of which is conditional with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— having reviewed the materials regarding improper behavior by supporters of «Sambir-Niva-2» (Ternopil) during the match in the 6th round of the Ukrainian Championship among second league teams between «Sambir-Niva-2» (Ternopil) and «Kulikiv-Bilka» (Kulikiv), which took place on September 14, 2024, ordered FC «Niva» (Ternopil) to pay a mandatory fine of 6,000 (six thousand) hryvnias (for the use by supporters of pyrotechnic devices in the amount of two units).
