The Ukrainian Football Association congratulates the renowned former football player, coach, and official Anatoliy Konkev with his 75th birthday and wishes the jubilee good health, patience, and the realization of all his plans!

Anatoliy Konkev

Born on September 19, 1949 in Khristalnyy (Krasnyy Luch). During his playing career, he played as a defensive midfielder. Defended the colors of "Avangard" (Kramatorsk), "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) and "Dynamo" (Kyiv). Champion of the USSR (4 times), winner of the USSR Cup, winner of the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, winner of the UEFA Super Cup.

With the national team of the USSR played 47 matches (8 goals). Silver medalist at Euro-1972. As part of the Olympic team of the USSR played two matches. Bronze medalist in football at the Olympics-1976.

As a coach, he led "Tavriya", "Shakhtar", SK "Mykolaiv", "Vorskla", "Stal" and "Inter" (Azerbaijan). Worked as head coach of the Ukraine youth national team. As head coach of the national team of Ukraine, he conducted seven matches (three wins and four losses).
