The main round of the Champions League-2024/2025 begins today, in which Ukraine's sole representative, Donetsk 'Shakhtar', will participate.

The miners will play against 'Bayern' (home), 'Borussia' D (away), 'Atalanta' (home), 'Arsenal' (away), 'Young Boys' (home), PSV (away), 'Brest' (home) and 'Bologna' (away), starting the tournament with a match against them on September 18.

Don't forget to follow the performances of teams whose colors are defended by players from Ukraine's national team: 'Real Madrid' Andriy Lunin, 'Arsenal' Oleksandr Zinchenko, 'Girona' Viktor Tsygankov and 'Benfica' Anatolii Trubin.

Thirty-six clubs will participate in the main round. The top eight teams of the league automatically qualify for the knockout stage, while teams placed from ninth to 24th compete in two-legged ties for spots in the Round of 16. Teams finishing in positions 25-36 end their European Cup campaigns.
