A refereeing team led by Dmytro Panchyshyn will officiate the game between Una Strassen (Luxembourg) and KuPS (Finland). Volodymyr Vysotskyi and Oleksiy Myronov will assist him on the lines, while Denys Shurman will serve as the fourth official.

Another Ukrainian team, led by Dmytro Kubryak, will officiate the match between Kalev (Estonia) and Urartu (Armenia). Valentyn Kutsev and Viktor Nyzhnyk will assist him on the lines, with Andriy Kovalenko acting as the fourth official.
