The head coach of the Poland national team, Michał Probierz, commented on the events of the home victory in a friendly match against the Ukraine national team (3:1).

"The match itself started well for us, except for the injury to Milik, which unfortunately means he will miss Euro-2024.

We scored three goals but then lost control. The Ukrainian team broke us down a bit, but we responded well. After halftime, we had more opportunities to score, but it didn't work out for us. Nevertheless, we reacted well to the opposition's attacks and saw what needs improvement," — said Probierz.
