A charitable football tournament "PRAVOZAHISNYKY" took place in Kyiv among teams of employees of law enforcement agencies and the judiciary.

On May 25 in Kyiv, at the fields of NTK named after V. Bannikov, a charitable football tournament «ПравоЗАХИСНИКИ» among teams of law enforcement officials and court employees took place.

On May 25 in Kyiv, at the V. Bannikov National Training Center, a charitable football tournament called «RightDefenders» took place among teams of law enforcement officers and court employees.

Eight collectives participated in the competition:

— NAZK;

— SAP;

— VAKS;

— NABU;

— BEB;

— GSS SBU;

— Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office;

— Office of the General Prosecutor.

It is worth noting the presence at the tournament of honorary guests — Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, Semyon Kryvonoz, First Vice President of the Ukrainian Football Association Pavlo Boychuk and Chairman of the UAF CDK Vitaliy Naum. In addition, Deputy Head of SBU Serhiy Naiyum, Acting Director of BEB Serhiy Perkhun and Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office Deputy Prosecutor Oleksandr Kravets came to support their teams. Meanwhile, NAZK Head Viktor Pavlyschyk not only came to support his team but also personally took part in the tournament as a goalkeeper.

At the opening of the tournament, Pavlo Boychuk thanked the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to play football and wished all teams a good game.

According to the rules, two groups were created with four teams each. Each match lasted two halves of 15 minutes each, with a five-minute break in between.

The winners of the quartets met in the final, where the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office team defeated the General Prosecutor's Office team with a score of 7-1.

In the match for third place, teams that secured second places in their groups played against each other: GSS SBU team beat NAZK team — 7-1.

Along with cups and medals, all prize winners received monetary certificates from SM GROUP, a national manufacturer of military-tactical clothing, — 20,000, 30,000 and 50,000 UAH. It was noted that the winners can transfer their certificates to any unit of the Armed Forces.

During the breaks between matches and after the tournament, a charitable raffle took place (books and football lotteries (balls, jerseys) with autographs of law enforcement officials and President of the UFA Andriy Shevchenko).

Funds were collected for the needs of two units:

— Separate Center for Special Operations «East» named after Prince Sviatoslav the Brave;

— 3rd Separate Assault Brigade.

All proceeds will go towards current needs, primarily — transportation and charging stations.

Best football players of the tournament by nominations:

— best goalkeeper — Ruslan Kandzyuba (Office of the General Prosecutor);

— best defender — Oleksandr Skomorokha (NAZK);

— best forward — Yaroslav Panov (GSS SBU);    

— best player — Serhiy Levitsky (Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office).
