From May 5 to May 11, the unique project "Camp of Possibilities" for women with amputated limbs took place in Zolotonosha city. This event was made possible thanks to partners from the USA, including Shepherd's Foundation and Limbit.

Eleven charming girls who came to Cherkasy Oblast from all over Ukraine, and one of them, Olga Zolotukhina, traveled from the Netherlands, had the opportunity to train under the watchful eye of USAFF President Gilmore McKenzie, Vice-President of the Lone Star Adaptive Football Association, and coach of the Ukrainian men's national amputee football team Dmitry Rzhondkovsky.

During their stay at the camp, girls were able to work with a psychologist, engage in extreme activities, and visit a spa.

Over the week, they honed their football skills, enthusiastically immersed themselves in training sessions, and participated in joint practice with the recently formed men's amputee football team of MSK "Dnipro."

On the last day of the "Camp of Possibilities," the opening of a new prosthetics center supported by American partners took place, as well as a friendly match in which participants and organizers of this project played on the streets. On the field, there was fierce competition. The game started with goals from the organizers, but then our indomitable girls not only evened things out but also secured a crushing victory—4:1. Olga Benda and Tetiana Matyshena each scored two goals.

At the match, there were important guests present, one of whom was Igor Taburets, head of the Cherkasy Oblast Military Administration, who expressed his support to all participants and wished future success to the women's team.

Head coach of Ukraine's men's national amputee football team Dmitry Rzhondkovsky shared his impressions after the "Camp of Possibilities."

"Unbelievable! We are now making history! A full-fledged women's national team with amputated limbs is being created. The girls are great, they trained with great enthusiasm throughout the week, were motivated and focused,— noted the specialist.— They were united by one big goal—to successfully represent our country at the first women's world championship, which will take place in November this year.
