The head of the Luhansk Oblast Football Association, Igor Shopin, visited Rivne Oblast with the project "Ukraine - one. Luhansk - is Ukraine." Together with Oleg Kucher, the head of the Rivne Oblast Football Association, and coaches Yevgen Kolysnich and Ihor Kosynko, a football festival was organized for displaced children and those with disabilities.

Rivne Oblast became the fourth region where the head of the Luhansk Oblast Football Association came to hold the "Ukraine - one. Luhansk - is Ukraine" festival. Ihor Shopin emphasizes that the association currently focuses on children and youth coaches who were forced to leave their homes in search of shelter.

«We are trying to maintain connections. We have already been to Zakarpattia, Kirovohrad Oblast, and Zhytomyr Oblast. Our trainers have settled in many places across Ukraine, we try to keep track of everyone. We also look for displaced children from Luhansk, organize activities for them, give out gifts. We want them to understand that they are not alone and that they are not forgotten. All this is done together with the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration. Local friends also join in, such as today's Rivne Oblast Football Association.» — Igor Shopin explained.

Twenty-six children participated in the festival. The head of LOAF conducted a warm-up, several relay races and contests, and at the end divided the children into three teams, allowing them to play football in a round-robin system.
