The tournament was organized by the COMMUNAL BUDGET ESTABLISHMENT «KYIV CITY CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE TO PARTICIPANTS OF THE ANTI-TERRORIST OPERATION» and the Ukrainian Football Association.

Four teams from DSNС, the Ivan Bohun Kyiv Military Lyceum team, FC «Patriot» (veterans of the Armed Forces), and «Unbreakable Wolves» (veterans of the Armed Forces) participated in the tournament. The goal of the event was to provide psychological, physical-sports, and social rehabilitation for veterans from the effects of war.

The semifinals were contested by FC «Patriot», «Unbreakable Wolves», the DSNС team, and the Ivan Bohun Kyiv Military Lyceum. Their tournament fate unfolded as follows:

Thus, the tournament champion in mini-football dedicated to Ukrainian volunteer day was the DSNС team. Second place went to FC «Patriot», third place to the Ivan Bohun Kyiv Military Lyceum, and fourth place to «Unbreakable Wolves».

The best defender of the tournament was recognized as Dmytro Vlasyuk (Ivan Bohun Kyiv Military Lyceum), the best forward — Oleksandr Sukovskyy (FC «Patriot»), and the best player — Vladyslav Chuka (DSNC).

The ceremony to honor the winners was attended by a distinguished guest — a soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine, brigade of attack «Burivyj», medical evacuation detachment medic, legend of Ukrainian football, former player of Kyiv «Dynamo» and the national team of Ukraine Vladyslav Vasyuk.

Vladyslav greeted the tournament participants, wished them good health, strong endurance, determination, and energy for completing difficult tasks to achieve victory. 

Representatives from UAF Mar’jan Yas’kiv, head of the department of Pechersky State Administration in Kyiv Viktoriya Tromsa, and deputy director of COMMUNAL BUDGET ESTABLISHMENT «KYIV CITY CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE TO PARTICIPANTS OF THE ANTI-TERRORIST OPERATION» Vadym Hutsalyuk were also present at the award ceremony.

All tournament participants received valuable gifts. Each team received football uniforms, balls, blankets, towels, and football bags, while winners also received trophies and medals of their respective categories.
