One of the agenda items was determining the venue for the final match of the 2023/2024 Ukrainian Cup. According to a decision by the Executive Committee of the UAF, the final of the 2023/2024 Ukrainian Cup will take place on May 15 in Rivne at the «Avangard» stadium.

Among other issues, the Executive Committee of the UAF terminated the mandates of all current heads, deputy heads, and members of permanent committees of the UAF.

After this, the executive committee, at the proposal of the president of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Shevchenko, elected the following heads of permanent committees of the UAF:

national teams committee — Andriy Shevchenko;

professional football committee — Oleg Luzhnyi;

children's and youth football committee — Oleksandr Shevchenko;

stadiums and safety of competitions committee — Andriy Taran;

referees committee — Kateryna Monzul;

development of football committee — Serhiy Vladiko (co-chair), Oleksandr Kadynko (co-chair);

status and transfer of players committee — Yevheniya Yershova;

sports medical committee — Maxim Perebyinis;

football club accreditation committee — Viktor Bezsmertnyi;

ethics and fair play committee — Francesco Baranca.

The heads of permanent committees were tasked with preparing and submitting proposals to the UAF president regarding the quantitative and personal composition of the committees.

Also, at the executive committee meeting, additional security measures for organizing and holding championships, cups, all-Ukrainian competitions among different age groups in wartime conditions, developed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine were considered and corresponding changes were made to the regulations of current football competitions regarding spectator access.
