The draw for the 2024/2025 UEFA Regions' Cup will take place on December 7

On December 7, the groups for the preliminary and intermediate rounds of the UEFA Regions' Cup season-2024/2025 will be drawn.

The draw for the qualifying stages of the UEFA Regions' Cup 2024/2025 will take place on December 7 at 14:30 CET. The official UEFA website announced this. 

Thirty-six national associations will participate in the tournament with amateur teams. Malta and San Marino will be represented by amateur teams. Other associations will send the winners of their respective internal competitions. An Albanian team will make its debut in the tournament, while a team from Armenia has not participated since the 2010/2011 season.

Thirty associations with the highest coefficients in the UEFA Regions' Cup ranking will start their competition in the intermediate round. Six teams remaining from this round will compete for two spots in the preliminary round. All matches of the preliminary round must be completed by July 31, 2024, while the intermediate round should be finished by December 6, 2024.

Eight winners of the intermediate round will advance to the final stage, which is scheduled for the last two weeks of June or July 2025.

Preliminary Round

Six teams will be divided into two groups of three participants each. All matches will take place in the form of mini-tournaments at a single venue. According to decisions by UEFA's Executive Committee and Emergency Task Force, teams from Azerbaijan and Armenia will be separated during the draw.

Participants of the preliminary round: Sweden, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Albania, Armenia.

Intermediate Round

During the draw, 32 teams will be divided into eight groups of four participants each. Each group will have one team from each pot.

According to decisions by UEFA's Executive Committee and Emergency Task Force, teams from Ukraine and Belarus will be separated during the draw.

Pots

Pot 1: Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal, Croatia, Ireland, Turkey, Serbia.

Pot 2: Ukraine, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, England.

Pot 3: Israel, Finland, Wales, San Marino, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Belarus, Romania.

Pot 4: Slovenia, Moldova, North Macedonia, Malta, Latvia, Kazakhstan, winner of Group A preliminary round, winner of Group B preliminary round.
