Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 10:00 on November 26, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The six hundred and forty-first day of the large-scale military aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine has begun.

The Russian Federation continues to ignore laws and customs of war, uses tactics of terror, carries out missile and air strikes, conducts artillery attacks not only on military but also on numerous civilian objects in our country.

Over the past day, 58 combat encounters took place. In total, the enemy carried out four missile and 109 air strikes, conducted 59 artillery attacks with multiple rocket launchers against positions of our troops and populated areas. Additionally, over the past day, Russian occupiers launched an aerial attack on Ukraine using 87 Shahed-136/131 combat drones. All enemy drones were destroyed. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are injured among civilian population. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure suffered damage and destruction. Moreover, this day the occupiers attacked our country with nine Shahed-136/131 combat drones again. Eight of them were shot down by anti-aircraft defense.

Air strikes hit Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Kislivka, Berestove in Kharkiv region; Stelmakhivka, Bihorivka in Luhansk region; Terny, Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region.

More than 100 populated areas in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson regions came under artillery fire.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "North" on Volynian and Polissian directions, the operational situation remains unchanged.

On Northern and Slobozhansky directions the enemy maintains military presence in border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent our troops from redeploying to threatening directions, increases density of mine-explosive obstacles along the state border in Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Khortytsia" on Kupyansk direction, the enemy carried out assault actions near Sinkyvka and Ivanivka, Kharkiv region, where the Forces of Defense repelled four attacks.

On Lyman direction, occupiers did not conduct offensive (assault) operations.

On Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled 10 enemy attacks near Klyshchyvka and Andriyivka, Donetsk region. The Forces of Defense of Ukraine continue assault actions south of Bakhmut, inflicting losses on the aggressors in manpower and equipment, consolidating at the gained positions.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Tavria" on Avdiivka direction, the enemy does not give up attempts to encircle Avdiivka with air support. Our soldiers firmly hold the defense, inflicting significant losses on occupiers. Unsuccessful were enemy offensive actions in Stepanovoye, Avdiivka, Novomaysk and south of Novokalynove, Donetsk region. Here Ukrainian defenders repelled 23 attacks.

On Mariupol direction, the enemy carried out assault operations near Mariupol and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk region, where Forces of Defense repelled nine attacks.

On Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault actions south of Zolotoy Niva and east of Staromayorskoye, Donetsk region.

On Zaporizhzhia direction, occupiers eight times unsuccessfully tried to restore lost positions near Robotino, Zaporizhzhia region.

At the same time, Forces of Defense continue conducting offensive operation on Melitopol direction, inflicting losses on occupation troops in manpower and equipment, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Odessa" on Kherson direction, our soldiers continue holding occupied positions on the left bank of Dnipro, continuing to conduct counter-battery fire, inflicting artillery damage on enemy rear areas.

Over the past day, aviation of Forces of Defense carried out 11 strikes in areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the enemy.

Subunits of rocket troops inflicted damage to 11 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, four artillery systems, command post and ammunition depot of the enemy.

Estimated losses of the enemy over the past day amounted to: 1070 occupiers, 11 tanks, 16 armored combat vehicles, 23 artillery systems, two MLRS, one air defense system, 93 tactical drones, 29 cars and one unit of special equipment.
