President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about another "Ramstein" meeting and a conference regarding our European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

Greetings to all Ukrainians!

I recently spoke with newly elected President of Argentina Milei about how to make our relations more active — between Ukraine and Argentina, Ukraine and Latin America. I congratulated Mr. Milei on his election. I invited him to visit Ukraine, which would be a significant signal — a signal of concern. Of course, I informed him about everything we have already achieved in implementing our Peace Formula. I proposed that Argentina demonstrate leadership in joint peace-building efforts.

Today another "Ramstein" meeting took place — the 17th one. There are new support packages for Ukraine's soldiers — concerning ammunition and rockets, REB and drones, as well as new capabilities for our air defense system. A coalition has been created and organized — a coalition for developing air defense systems. Germany and France lead in its organization. I thank them for this leadership. I also thank each country participating in these efforts — making it possible for our cities and villages to be better protected from Russian strikes. Not everything can be disclosed publicly yet, but Ukraine's air shield is getting stronger literally every month.

I expect a report from Defense Minister Umeyrova on the results of this "Ramstein" meeting soon.

Today I chaired a conference regarding our European and Euro-Atlantic integration. What needs to be done now — until mid-December, so that the EU fulfills its promise to start negotiations with Ukraine in response to our progress — by implementing all recommendations of the European Commission. We also discussed how we are moving forward in relations with NATO — towards Alliance integration.

There was a fairly broad range of participants — all sectors involved, all our institutions that we expect to be active. The Speaker of Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada, the head of government, the relevant deputy prime minister, defense and foreign ministers, the Office leader and relevant deputies, Chief of General Staff.

Firstly, we discussed issues regarding transitioning our Defense Forces to NATO standards. In various areas. Much has already been done. But procurement, planning, and many internal procedures need modernization as well.

Steps are needed that our soldiers expect now. There is also a clear orientation of the Ministry of Defense towards appropriate decisions. And there is good, substantive communication with partners in the Alliance — we truly work together to further strengthen our Euro-Atlantic community.

Regarding the EU — today we agreed on a list of measures and steps that can add needed unity to the European community. Most partners clearly see our progress — full implementation by Ukraine of all recommendations. We are now implementing what was supposed to be implemented closer to spring — according to agreed plans. Everyone in the EU must see how seriously Ukraine is oriented, how clearly we are fulfilling what is required.

And one more thing.

Today at our usual morning briefing there were several important reports.

The work of our export corridor — positive results, almost 5.5 million tons of cargo already. Africa, Asia, Europe — from Spain to China. I thank everyone who secures the Black Sea and works in our ports.

There were also military reports today about the situation at the front lines. On all those fronts where it is especially difficult now. Kupyansk, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka directions. I thank every soldier, sergeant, and officer whose steadfastness protects all of Ukraine right now, everyone who strongly and bravely destroys occupiers.

Especially worth noting are the results achieved by the 14th, 53rd, 110th separate mechanized brigades and the 57th and 59th separate motorized infantry brigades these days. Soldiers, I am proud of each one of you! Thank you for your strength!

I thank everyone in our society who helps the Defense Forces, who works to make the entire state stronger, and who does not forget that Ukraine's success is the success of the people's resistance, the people's defense, our maximum unity for the sake of defending and freedom for all of Ukraine, for all Ukrainians. Everyone who adds confidence to Ukraine, everyone who adds results to Ukraine — adds guarantees of our independence.
