The Ukrainian U-19 team U-19 will play against Malta (the tournament hosts), Kosovo, and Slovakia at this tournament.

Head coach of the Ukrainian youth national team (players born in 2005 or later) Oleg Kuznetsov named the squad that will prepare for the Euro-2024 qualification round matches (U-19), which will take place from November 15 to 21 in the Maltese city of Ta' Qali (Stadium "Centenary"). There, besides the tournament hosts, blue-and-yellow will play against teams from Kosovo and Slovakia. The coach has called up 21 players for this squad.

The Northern Ireland national team, as hosts, has received a direct entry to the final stage, which will take place in summer 2024. The winners of seven groups from the elite round will also qualify.
