Note to Your Attention — Operational Information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 10:00 on October 30, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The six hundred and fourteenth day of Russia's large-scale military aggression against Ukraine has begun.

The Russian Federation continues to ignore laws and customs of war, uses tactics of terror, carries out missile and air strikes, conducts rocket artillery attacks not only on military but also on civilian objects in our country.

During the past day, there were nearly 60 combat encounters. In total, the enemy carried out one missile strike and 88 air strikes, conducted 70 rocket artillery shelling of our troops' positions and populated areas. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are casualties among civilians. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were damaged.

Also during the night on October 30, the enemy carried out another air strike against Ukraine, using 12 Shahed-136/131 combat drones. The anti-aircraft defense destroyed all 12 of the enemy's "Shaheds."

Air strikes by Russian occupiers were suffered by Synykhivka, Petro-Pavlivka, Novoosinove, Pyskanoe in Kharkiv region; Serednyanske forestry, Bihorivka in Luhansk region; Novoselivka, Verhnyokamyanske, Klyshchivka, Bila Hora, Kurdyumivka, Novobakhmutivka, Avdiyivka, Mariinka, Novomykhailivka, Zolotaya Niva, Staromajorske in Donetsk region; Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, Novodanylivka in Zaporizhzhia region; Veselye, Otradokamyanka, Tyagynka, Ivanivka in Kherson region.

Under artillery fire from Russian aggressors were over 100 populated areas of Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.

In the area of responsibility of the operational-strategic grouping of troops "North" on the Volynian and Polesian directions, the operational situation remains unchanged.

On the Northern and Slobozhansky directions the enemy maintains military presence in border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent our troops from redeploying to threatening sectors, increases the density of mine-explosive obstacles along the state border in Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of the operational-strategic grouping of troops "Khortytsia" on the Kupyansk direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the areas of populated places Synykhivka and Ivanivka in Kharkiv region, where our defenders repelled seven attacks by the enemy.

On the Lyman direction our defenders repelled an attack by the enemy southeast of Terniv in Donetsk region.

On the Bakhmut direction the enemy unsuccessfully attempted to restore lost positions near Andriyivka. Forces defending Ukraine continue offensive actions south of Bakhmut, inflicting losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment, consolidating on achieved lines.

In the area of responsibility of the operational-strategic grouping of troops "Tavria" on the Avdiivka direction, the enemy does not give up attempts to encircle Avdiivka, but our soldiers firmly hold their defense, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. Unsuccessful were offensive actions by the enemy in the areas of populated places Novokalynove, Avdiivka, Opytne, Perevomayske in Donetsk region. Here our defenders repelled more than 10 attacks by the enemy.

On the Mariupol direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the areas of Mariinka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region, where Ukrainian soldiers repelled 20 attacks by the enemy.

On the Shakhtarsk direction our defenders repelled an attack by the enemy south of Vuhledar in Donetsk region.

On the Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy five times attempted to restore lost positions near Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia region, without success.

At the same time, Forces defending Ukraine continue conducting a counter-offensive operation on the Melitopol direction, inflicting losses on occupation troops in manpower and equipment, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.

In the area of responsibility of the operational-strategic grouping of troops "Odessa" on the Kherson direction, Ukrainian soldiers conduct counter-battery fire, inflicting artillery strikes on the rear areas of the enemy.

During the past day, aviation of Forces defending Ukraine carried out 16 strikes in areas of concentration of personnel and equipment, weapons and military hardware of the enemy.

Subunits of rocket forces inflicted damage to six areas of concentration of personnel and equipment, weapons and military hardware, a command post, three anti-aircraft missile systems, and six artillery units of the enemy.

Estimated losses of the enemy during the past day totaled: 860 Russian occupiers, 15 tanks, 17 armored combat vehicles, 14 artillery systems, one air defense system, one aircraft, 20 tactical drones, 23 vehicles and two units of special equipment.
