Lviv "Rukh" U-19 overcame Bosnian "Sarajevo" and advanced to the second round of the UEFA Youth League for the 2023/2024 season.  

Within the first round of the Champions Path, the yellow-and-black team faced Bosnian "Sarajevo" in an away match. After a draw (1:1) in the first game, both teams retained their chances to advance to the next stage.

The match started poorly for Lviv, as they conceded a goal already on the 4th minute. However, Sergei Panchenko equalized after 20 minutes. Three minutes later, Ukrainians could have taken the lead, but Nazar Kasarda failed to convert a penalty.

And yet, Mikhail Dyachok-Stavitsky's wards achieved their goal. On the 65th minute, Konstantin Kvas scored the second goal, and on the 84th minute, Yevhenii Pastuk — the third. 3:1 — a victory for "Rukh," which advanced to the next round of the tournament. On November 8 and 29, they will face Danish "Midtjylland."
