President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about meetings with partners and military packages from many countries.

"I wish health to dear Ukrainians,

This week, a week of enhanced support for Ukraine, is coming to an end. This is a key priority ahead of winter.

And now it's time to thank our partners for new decisions on support. Decisions made this week.

The Netherlands—meetings with Mark Rutte in Odessa, decisions about additional rockets for Patriots, support for our ground operations and maritime export corridors. There is also a defense package that was announced at the 'Ramstein' meeting. Thank you very much!

There are packages from Spain, packages from Britain. Norway, Finland—thank you. Germany. A joint defense package from the Czech Republic and our friends from Denmark. I thank all leaders for fulfilling their agreements with us!

In addition to additional rockets for Patriots, there will also be new launchers—we are working on various types of systems. There will be spare parts for systems that Ukraine is already using. Of course, there will be artillery—ammunition first. Drones. Armored vehicles. All leaders who help us are fully informed about the current situation on the battlefield. The world understands what Russia is preparing for and what terrorist moves it may plan. We also know how to respond to the occupier—and we will respond strongly.

Before the 'Ramstein' meeting in Brussels, there was a good, very necessary meeting with Minister Austin and new US military commander General Brown. Clear confirmation of support for Ukraine, clear readiness to strengthen our actions together and continue pressing the occupier both this fall and winter. And by the way, the United States announced at 'Ramstein' its cooperation within the F-16 coalition along with the Netherlands and Denmark. An important decision, thank you very much!

Excellent talks took place with the Belgian government. We are grateful for Belgium's joining our F-16 coalition, for leadership in using frozen Russian assets. This is truly a necessary step—Belgium became the first country to direct funds generated by Russian assets to Ukraine. We are working with other EU countries and all over the world so that they use the aggressor's money exactly as it should be fair—to protect against aggression.

I would like to particularly highlight the conference in Croatia, which took place this week—regarding humanitarian demining. Almost a third of our territory is under threat from mines and unexploded ordnance. Clearly, global support for clearing our land of Russian mines is needed. And now at the conference in Croatia there were participants—on precisely this issue—over 40 countries and international organizations. There are new decisions on support for demining. I thank every country that joined!

In a time when terror spreads around the world, it is important that the world gives a maximally clear signal that protection from terror will not weaken anywhere.

Of course, our soldiers. On all fronts where things are particularly hot right now. Avdiivka, Mariinka, and other key points in Donetsk. Klishchevka, Kurdiumovka, Andriyivka. Staryi Mykolaivske. Of course, the Kupyansk direction. Zaporizhzhia—Orikhiv, Robotyne, Verbove, Novoprokopivka. Thank you to everyone who holds positions and destroys Russian troops. Every day of these battles is life. Life that is given for our country. And this is the life of all Ukraine that is saved every night with each successful battle. This is so important!

Glory to you, soldiers! Glory to our people! And thank you to everyone around the world who helps us!

Glory to Ukraine!"
