Standings and Top Scorers

In the first stage, 12 teams will play a round-robin format. The sporting results achieved in the first stage will be preserved.

Based on the standings at the end of the first stage, two groups of six teams each will be formed to play two additional rounds (home and away) according to the approved schedule.

Group 1: Positions from 1st to 6th — will determine the champions and prize winners in the Premier League, as well as two teams that will participate in the UEFA Women's Champions League-2024/2025.

Group 2: Positions from 7th to 12th — will determine the teams that will remain in the Premier League.

The team finishing in 12th place at the end of the Ukrainian Women's Championship Premier League season-2023/2024 will be relegated to the First League. The teams finishing in 10th and 11th places will play two playoff matches (home and away) against teams that finish third and second, respectively, in the First League.
