Within the framework of psychological and social support for children of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers, children of internally displaced persons (IDPs), and children affected by the war, the Ukrainian Football Association, with UEFA's support, continues the "Open Football Lessons" project in the fall.

"Open Football Lessons" is:

— psychological and social support for children of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers, IDP children, and war-affected children;

— uniting and friendship between IDP children and local children, social integration;

— an inclusive environment where participants are independent of their abilities, gender, as well as the participation of children with special educational needs;

— knowledge about safety in wartime conditions;

— philosophy of mass football — joy from playing instead of results at any cost;

— fostering a healthy lifestyle;

— development of volunteering;

— activation of local communities through intersectoral networks (teachers, coaches, psychologists, security experts, parents, youth leaders, local authorities, patrons, etc.).

According to preliminary information from regional football associations, this fall the project will be held in these communities:

Vinnytsia Oblast — Pogrebysche;

Volyn Oblast — Rozhische (start — September 15 at 11:00);

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast — Slobozhanske (start — September 16 at 9:00);

Zhytomyr Oblast — Chernihiv (start — October 5 at 10:00);

Zakarpattia Oblast — Bushchyno (planned start in September);

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast — Dolyna (start — October 1);

Kyiv Oblast — Kagarlyk (start — October 5);

Kyiv Oblast — Fastiv (planned start around mid-October);

Kirovohrad Oblast — Znamyanka (start — September 22 at 14:00);

Lviv Oblast — Drohobych (planned start in the second half of October);

Odesa Oblast — Odesa (planned start around October 23-24);

Poltava Oblast — Poltava;

Rivne Oblast — Dubno (start — September 20 at 10:00);

Sumy Oblast — Stepanivka Sumy Raion (start — September 24 at 11:00);

Ternopil Oblast — Koty Sarnatskyi Hr (start — September 22);

Khmelnytskyi Oblast — Nova Ushytsia;

Cherkasy Oblast — Cherkasy (start — September 27 at 14:00);

Chernivtsi Oblast — Yurkivci (start — September 27 at 11:00);
