President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about a large-scale inspection of territorial recruitment centers and talks with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

Report for today.

First. Law enforcement officers reported to me about the situation with the former Odessa military commissariat. He was informed of suspicion of illegal enrichment and violations of military service regulations. Logically, this story did not end with his dismissal alone. The State Bureau of Investigation and the Office of the Prosecutor General continue necessary investigative and procedural actions. All details that can be disclosed, law enforcement officers will certainly present to society. And generally, an inspection of territorial recruitment centers, or "military commissariats," is ongoing. Each such "cabinet" violation somewhere in the military hierarchy, any attempt to enrich oneself disrespects our soldiers, our heroes. Responsibility for violations is inevitable.

Secondly. Today, a procedure regarding one of the systemic banks belonging to Russian oligarchs was completed. Now it has state management. Guarantees are provided both for depositors' rights and for the stability of the banking sector. From now on, this bank will operate in the usual mode. I thank the National Bank of Ukraine team, the cabinet of ministers, and the Deposit Guarantee Fund for quick and effective steps within legal procedures. Another asset of Russian oligarchs who continue to work within Russia's existing system is now under our state control.

Thirdly. I spoke with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. The topic was obvious. This is the implementation of agreements we reached at the Alliance summit in Vilnius. The priority remains unchanged—this is as rapid an entry into NATO as security conditions allow. Only this will reliably guarantee security and peace for all of Europe. We also discussed the current security situation, particularly Russian aggressive steps in the Black Sea. Any destabilization in this region and disruption of our export routes would mean problems with corresponding consequences worldwide. A price crisis is the least possible consequence.

We discussed with Mr. Stoltenberg our steps regarding unblocking and ensuring the continuous operation of the "grain corridor." In our cooperation, we have moved to a new, higher level—the Ukraine-NATO Council level. And this mechanism can work. I approached Jens with a proposal to convene such a council for relevant crisis consultations without delay. The meeting will take place in days. We can overcome the security crisis in the Black Sea.

Fourthly. I would like to thank all countries that adopted new decisions this week to support our state, our people, our military, and all citizens.

South Korea announced an increase in aid to Ukraine. Thank you!

Azerbaijan—humanitarian aid in the energy sector and demining. Thank you!

Sweden—a program for our reconstruction has been approved. A strategy until 2027. Very much thank you!

Japan—a World Bank-Ukraine loan agreement worth $1.5 billion guaranteed by Japan was signed. Thank you!

Australia, Canada, Britain, USA—sanctions against individuals linked to aggression. Thank you!

United States—a package of military aid. Artillery, ammunition, air defense systems—all that we need now. Thank you!

Germany—a new defense supply for our soldiers: tanks, artillery shells, equipment. Very grateful!

And of course, our soldiers. Every one who is in battle today on combat posts and missions. I thank you! Thank you for every day increasing pressure on the occupiers. Especially today, I would like to highlight our National Guard soldiers—the fighters of the 15th Operational Brigade named after Hero of Ukraine Bogdan Zavadsky. They are very powerfully destroying Russian evil in the south of our country. Thank you, boys, for each repelled attack and your advance! Glory to you!

I would like to highlight today also our GUO soldiers, our intelligence—Timur's unit. Very cool guys! Well done! Thank you!
