President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the Russian terrorists' attack on Kramatorsk and a new US defense package for our soldiers.

"Dear Ukrainians!

Exactly one year after the Russian terrorists attacked Kremenchuk's shopping center, killing 22 people, Russian scum once again targeted the Kremenchuk district with rockets.

Today, Russian terrorists brutally shelled Kramatorsk as well. S-300 missiles. Three people were killed, including a child. My condolences to relatives and loved ones... As of now, over 40 people are injured. Help is being provided to everyone. The debris clearance operation is ongoing.

Each such act of terror once again proves both to us and the entire world that Russia deserves only one thing for all it has done — defeat and a tribunal, fair and lawful trials against all Russian killers and terrorists.

And I once again thank everyone around the world who supports Ukraine and helps defend our people!

Today there is a new defense package from the US for our soldiers. Armored vehicles and ammunition for «Patriots», «Stingers» and «HIMARS». Additional shells for our artillery. I thank President Biden, Congress, both parties, and all Americans!

Spoke with Mr. Prime Minister of Norway. Thanked him for the support provided — military, economic, political. Very important! Informed him about my trip to the front yesterday to our soldiers, about our current defense capabilities. Announced some of our military needs. Discussed and created a coalition of eliminators. A separate topic in the conversation — the upcoming NATO summit in Vilnius. Thank you Norway for understanding!

Held a special meeting today with our internationalists — Office, government — regarding preparations for the Vilnius Summit. I am confident that the summit's decisions can be positive for Ukraine! We are doing everything possible and have engaged all of Ukraine's international capabilities for this.

And, of course, the front. Our heroes, our active actions. Today we also have movement forward! On all fronts where we are conducting offensive operations. Thank you, soldiers! Today we have important results in repelling Russian assaults. I am very grateful to you!

Today I especially highlight the glorious 3rd Independent Assault Brigade, the strong 28th Independent Mechanized Brigade, the heroic 54th Independent Mechanized Brigade and the cool 57th Independent Motorized Infantry Brigade. Thank you all, soldiers! Well done!
