Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on June 12, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The four hundred seventy-fourth day of Russia's large-scale military aggression against Ukraine has begun.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out one rocket and 36 air strikes, conducted 38 shelling attacks with multiple launch rocket systems on our troops' positions and populated areas.

The likelihood of missile and air strikes across Ukraine's territory remains high.

The enemy is concentrating its main efforts on the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Mariupol axes. Intense battles are ongoing. Twenty-five combat engagements took place over the past day.

On the Volyn and Polesie axes, the operational situation — no significant changes.

On the Northern and Slobozhanskyi axes the enemy carried out air strikes on populated areas of Bilopillya in Sumy region, and Kolontayiv in Kharkiv region. Conducted mortar and artillery shelling of populated areas of Seredinabuda, Fotovizh, Bilopillya, Oleksandrivka in Sumy region, as well as Ivashki, Veterinarnoe, Strilecha, Terneva, Staritsia, Gatishche, Vovchanskyi, Krugloe, Budarky, Buzove, Chugunivka and Ambarna on Kharkivshchina.

On the Kupyansk axis, the enemy carried out an air strike in the area of Berestevo. Artillery and mortar shelling was experienced by Kamianka, Figolivka, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kislivka, Tabayivka and Beresteve in Kharkiv region, as well as Novoselivske in Luhansk region.

On the Lyman axis, over the past day, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Bihorivka. Carried out air strikes on populated areas of Nevsko in Luhansk region and Ivanivka, Torske, and Serbyanka in Donetsk region. Artillery shelling was experienced by Nevsko, Novoselivske and Bihorivka in Luhansk region, as well as Yamopolivka, Torske, Verkhnyokamyanske and Spirene in Donetsk region.

On the Bakhmut axis, the enemy made attempts to improve tactical positions, carried out offensive actions towards Ivanivske and White Hill but was unsuccessful. Carried out air strikes near Toretsk. Areas of populated areas of Rozdolvka, Vasukivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Ivanivske, White Hill, Druzhba, Toretsk, Zalizne and Pivnichne in Donetsk region suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

On the Avdiivka axis, the enemy conducted offensive actions towards Avdiivka but was unsuccessful. Carried out air strikes near Avdiivka and Nevelsko. Conducted artillery shelling of areas of populated areas of Orlyvka, Avdiivka, Severne, Pervomaiske, Karlivka and Nevelsko in Donetsk region.

On the Mariupol axis, our defenders repelled all enemy attacks around the city of Mariupol. At the same time, the enemy shelled Krasnogorivka, Gostre, Georgiyivka, Mariupol, Pobeda and Novomikhaylivka in Donetsk region with artillery.

On the Shakhtarsk axis, the enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of Zolotoy Niva, Blagodatnoe, Velikaya Novosilka and Nesukhnye in Donetsk region. Shelled Vodyane and Vuhledar.

On the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson axes, the enemy is defending. Carried out air strikes in the areas of Novobereislav and Kozatske in Kherson region. Conducted artillery shelling of populated areas of Vremivka, Novosilka, Zelenoe Pole, Novopil in Donetsk region; Olhivske, Maliyinovka, Hulyaypole, Zaliznychnye, Hulyaypoliske, Bihorija, Malyi Shcherbaky, Stepole and Kamianske in Zaporizhzhya region; Kherson, as well as Ochakiv in Mykolaivshchina.

Over the past week on the Bakhmut axis, Russian invaders have suffered significant losses. Thus, more than 50 occupiers with serious injuries arrive daily to a military hospital near the populated area of Persianyvka in Rostov region alone. The hospital is overcrowded and due to a lack of sufficient medical personnel has high mortality rates among seriously injured.

Air force units of the Defense Forces carried out six strikes on areas where enemy manpower was concentrated over the past day.

Subunits of rocket troops and artillery simultaneously struck two command points, two artillery subunits in firing positions and an enemy radar station.
