Today, on June 9 in Boryspil, a playoff match took place to secure a spot in the First League championship for the 2023/2024 season, where the seventh team from the relegation group («Mariupol») faced the second team from the Second League («Hust»).

After a draw in the first meeting, «Mariupol» conceded and gave up their place in the league to a lower-ranked opponent.
