Missed penalty: Litovchenko («M», 5).

Red card: Chushenko («M», 32).

The return match will take place on June 10. According to the regulations, if playoff matches end in a tie, an additional period (two halves of 15 minutes each) will be played after the return match to determine the winner. If there is still no winner after extra time, a penalty shootout will be held according to IFAB Laws of the Game.
