While teams on the football field are competing for top positions in the Ukrainian championship, a similar systematic process is also taking place regarding clubs aspiring to promotion—«Polesye», «Obolon», «LNZ», «Metallurga», «Carpathians», «Epicenter». This approach allows for a more detailed examination of both positive and negative trends in all football clubs regarding compliance with the requirements of the Regulation on the accreditation of football clubs in the UPL, taking into account factors related to the state of war, and ensures that decisions made will be well-founded and positively impact the efficiency of forming the quantitative and qualitative composition of participants in club competitions for the upcoming season.
