CAS dismissed the appeals regarding contract matches by FC «Sumy» (Sumy), leaving footballer Taras Durya's appeal unsatisfied and the decision of the Appeals Committee of the UAFA from December 1, 2020 unchanged. Reminder: The Disciplinary Committee of the UAFA prohibited footballer Taras Durya from engaging in any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of 3 (three) years. Subsequently, the Appeals Committee of the UAFA upheld the decision of the Disciplinary Committee of the UAFA without changes.

CAS has put an end to the cases regarding contractual matches of FC «Sumy» (Sumy), dismissing footballer Taras Durya's appeal and leaving the decision of the Appeals Committee of the UAF from December 1, 2020 unchanged.
As a reminder, the Disciplinary Committee of the UAF prohibited footballer Taras Durya from engaging in any activity related to football (administrative, sports-related, etc.) for a period of 3 (three) years. Later, the Appeals Committee of the UAF upheld the decision of the Disciplinary Committee of the UAF without changes.
