President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the graduation of young officers from educational institutions of the National Guard and his fruitful meeting with a World Bank delegation.

"I wish health to all Ukrainians!

Today I participated in two events expressing gratitude and respect for our soldiers — our defenders and defenderesses.

At educational institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine, the graduation of young officers took place. All of them are graduating into active defense forces and units of our National Guard, which together with all our soldiers defend Ukraine.

I am grateful to our boys and girls who chose this path of serving Ukraine — the future of the Ukrainian people — the path of officers. I thank all families of our young professional military for such sons and daughters. Patriotic, brave, and decisive, those who have chosen to serve as a profession in order to defend our state and people.

Today, on the eve of Ukraine's Security Service Day, I greeted the staff of the SBU, all our servicemen from special services.

This is definitely worth noting: The Security Service of Ukraine is undergoing a fundamental internal transformation.

The service has fully mobilized for real state defense. And now it gives Ukraine such results that each and every one of us can only be proud of.

SBU employees fight the external enemy, neutralize internal threats, put an historic period on any attempts by Russia to manipulate Ukraine through agents.

Today I thanked all SBU staff members. And I am confident that the service will give even more results in defending our country.

I had the honor of awarding soldiers from the ranks of the SBU, from the ranks of the National Guard with state awards.

Truly grateful for the strength felt in the eyes of these fighters. The strength of those who can achieve victory for Ukraine.

I met today with a World Bank delegation. We do not lose any day for international contacts, we work at all levels.

We discussed current support programs for Ukraine and prospective new ones.

Of course, we focused on reconstruction — everything that needs to be done in many Ukrainian cities and villages hit by the occupier's terrorist attacks.

Housing buildings, social infrastructure, economic foundations of life — all this needs to be rebuilt. And I thank our partners for understanding that time and coordination are critical.

As always, today I will honor our fighters who gave the best results over the past day.

I want to separately honor all those fighters who are striking back at the occupier in response to terror, who are neutralizing enemy positions from which they shoot at our cities. Every destroyed terrorist position is lives saved.

I thank both military forces and intelligence — everyone and every woman involved in carrying out this task. A justly retaliatory strike against those who are the source of terror.

For such strikes, as today on Kostiantynivka, as on many other of our cities... The enemy must know: Ukraine will not forgive the abuse of our people, it will not forgive these deaths and injuries.

All Russian terrorists will be crushed.

Thank you to everyone bringing us closer to Ukrainian victory! Glory to every one who fights for Ukraine!
