President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the tenth meeting in the «Ramstein» format and an important decision in London regarding the Kremlin's scheme involving Yanukovych as early as 13 years ago.

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians!

Today was a fruitful international day for our country, for our defense.

Another «Ramstein» meeting took place, the tenth one. Ammunition for our soldiers, artillery, tanks, protection of Ukrainian skies – all this was discussed. There are decisions made. Thank you to the United States, which coordinates the «Ramstein», and to all our partners for their unwavering readiness to help.

This is especially important now when one can feel that Russian aggression is approaching a moment when it might break through.

There is no terrorist who could build up his potential in the face of the free world. Russia is not an exception.

We need to constantly increase pressure against terrorism. Pressure in our defense, in sanctions against Russia, in destroying the ways around sanctions by Russian state and its companies, in political and legal pressure.

The more pressure there is, the faster we will move towards restoring territorial integrity and international law order. We are doing everything so that partners feel this necessity to keep pressing on. Step by step. Continuously.

And today I want to thank Denmark separately. For a new defense package for Ukraine and for the decision about a special aid fund for our country in the amount of 7 billion Danish kroner – that is one billion US dollars. Very significant. Very necessary.

I thank the government and parliament of Denmark, all Danish society. Such decisions guarantee that peace can be restored to Ukraine faster and stability to all of Europe.

There is also an important decision in London today – regarding the Kremlin's scheme involving Yanukovych as early as 13 years ago. When Russian money and dirty schemes were used with former politicians in Ukraine as part of aggression against our country. Aggression that started back then – politically, economically, and later by special services, military force.

This is the context to consider the case involving 3 billion euros in Eurobonds. Fully considering it. And this is fair.

I addressed participants of a powerful British conference of the Editors' Guild. This gathering includes leading media figures from the United Kingdom, strong journalists, strong editors. People who have dedicated their lives to freedom – freedom of speech.

I called on them to spread even more actively the truth about Russian aggression, about our people whom Russia is breaking, about our defense that returns freedom and security to Ukrainians and all Europeans.

Journalists – free media of Ukraine and the world – have done a lot during this war to make Russian terror lose. To make Russian propaganda lose. And I want to emphasize: they did it simply by spreading information about what is happening here and now in Ukraine, Europe, and around the world. Simply spreading truth.

This needs to be done even more going forward. The Kremlin will never defeat truth. Just like Ukraine won't lose.

I met with representatives of American magazine The Atlantic – one of the known global media brands. With owner Ms. Jobs, with editor-in-chief Mr. Goldberg and with Anne Applebaum – a strong publicist.

It was very substantive conversation. Including on how we use modern technologies to strengthen our soldiers, institutions. On our drone army that will only become bigger and stronger. On our IT specialists who help protect Ukraine. On threats created by Russia in cyber and information space.

The world needs to know that a state-terrorist seeks to bring destruction not just to our people, but to all peoples who want to be free.

Of course, I am constantly in touch with our military, commanders. Everything we do, everything the country does, is geared towards one mission – giving every soldier more opportunities to fight, giving every city more security.

As always, today I honor our fighters who are delivering results on critically important frontlines. Of course, Bakhmut. Of course, Donetsk as a whole. But also the south. And Kharkiv region. We do not forget about any direction of state defense.

54th and 92nd separate mechanized brigades – guys, thank you for your steadfastness and strength in Bakhmut.

3rd operational purpose brigade of the National Guard and our border guards who fight for Bakhmut together with all defense forces units... Thank you, soldiers!

Thank you both for bravery and for replenishing our exchange fund.

15th separate regiment and 1st presidential operational purpose brigade of the National Guard – I thank you for results in battles over cities of Donetsk region!

Kharkiv border guards – thank you for strong resistance to the enemy!

406th separate artillery brigade and 131st separate reconnaissance battalion — thank you, soldiers, for defending Kherson region! Thank you for powerful responses to enemy strikes on Ukrainian cities.

The occupant must be destroyed. I thank everyone who ensures this! Glory to each one fighting now!

Glory to Ukraine!
