President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about the death in battle of one of our country's youngest heroes and the return home from Russian captivity of 130 soldiers.

"Ukrainians! Ukrainian women!

Today in battle, Da Vinci, Hero of Ukraine, volunteer, symbol of humanity, embodiment of courage, Dmytro Kotsiubaylo died. A soldier of the 67th Separate Mechanized Brigade, combatant. He died in battle under Bakhmut, fighting for Ukraine.

Since 2014 he has been defending our independence and the dignity of our people. One of the youngest heroes of Ukraine. His personal story, character, and bravery will forever be part of Ukraine's history, character, and courage.

For over nine years, Ukrainian heroes have chosen a future for Ukraine in fierce battles for the country. Calmness and relative safety in rear cities — this is their feat. Our confidence in Ukraine's victory — this is their steadfastness and strength.

Ukraine will always remember its heroes. Our memory of them will not fade. The enemy who came to Ukraine will be defeated.

67th brigade, soldiers, glory to your bravery! All Ukrainians fighting for Bakhmut, glory to your heroism!

Thank you to all the soldiers whose steadfastness and perseverance are destroying the occupier's army on Donbas!

Today I honor the 10th Separate Mountain-Storm Brigade, the 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade, the 93rd and 54th Separate Mechanized Brigades for their results. Glory to you, soldiers!

Marines "Thirty-fives", paratroopers of the 79th Airborne Assault Brigade, 55th Artillery Brigade, our Harmashis. Glory to you, soldiers!

Our border guards, National Guard, intelligence, security forces operating on Donbas fronts... Glory to all who are giving results for Ukraine where the fiercest battles take place!

To every soldier, sergeant, officer, general, together with their fighters in battle — glory!

We are doing everything to free our land as quickly as possible and put a historical period on attempts to deprive our state and people of freedom. This goal is the focus of all activities of our country, every person who helps.

Today I want to thank again our entire team working on exchanges. Budanov, Yermak, Klymenko, Ussov, Lubinec.

130 soldiers were successfully returned home from Russian captivity. And all 130 — privates and sergeants. Army, Navy, National Guard, border guards, other defense units.

Just as we remember every corner of our country that is under occupation, we remember each person who is in Russian captivity.

Free everyone. I thank all our fighters on the front lines who realize how important it is to replenish exchange funds for us and for Ukraine.

Whatever happens, we must hold out. Whatever happens, let's remember all of our heroes.

Glory to all Ukrainians fighting today!

Eternal glory to those who gave their lives for Ukraine!

Glory to Ukraine!"
