UEFA Solidarity Payments Distribution Order Resolution by the UEFA Executive Committee for 2023

Considering the excerpt from the protocol of UPL general meetings and a letter from the PFL regarding the distribution order of UEFA solidarity payment funds, the Executive Committee of the UAFA decided: — to approve the following distribution order of UEFA solidarity payment funds for 2023, aimed at developing children's and youth football among clubs in the UPL and PFL based on the results of the 2021/2022 sports season: 90 (ninety) percent of the total amount of UEFA solidarity payment funds for 2023 based on the results of the sports season

UEFA Solidarity Payments Distribution Order Resolution by the UEFA Executive Committee for 2023

Considering the excerpt from the protocol of UPL general meetings and a letter from the PFL regarding the distribution order of UEFA solidarity payment funds, the Executive Committee of the UAF decided:

— to approve the following distribution order of UEFA solidarity payment funds for 2023 aimed at developing children's and youth football among clubs in the UPL and PFL based on the results of the 2021/2022 sports season:

  1. 90 (ninety) percent of the total amount of UEFA solidarity payment funds for 2023 based on the results of the 2021/2022 sports season — equally among all active clubs in the UPL that did not participate in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Conference League during the 2021/2022 season, i.e., among all active clubs in the UPL for the 2022/2023 season, except FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv), FC "Zorya" (Luhansk) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk);
  2. 10 (ten) percent of the total amount of UEFA solidarity payment funds for 2023 based on the results of the 2021/2022 sports season — among active clubs in the PFL for the 2022/2023 season in the following ratio:
  • 80 (eighty) percent of the specified amount of funds — equally among all active clubs in the first league of the PFL for the 2022/2023 season;
  • 20 (twenty) percent of the specified amount of funds — equally among all active clubs in the second league of the PFL for the 2022/2023 season.
